Responsible water management
We apply solutions tailored to each property to reduce demand, make better use of available resources and monitor water consumption more accurately.

Green areas
The five properties included in this initiative manage their green areas using smart irrigation systems. At Sagitario Princesa Playa, part of the landscaping has been transformed into a dry garden using local stone and native species with very low water requirements.
Water reuse
Sagitario Princesa Playa and Sagitario Menorca Mar reuse reverse osmosis reject water for irrigation. At Gran Sagitario, this water supplies the cisterns in the bathrooms. Sagitario Princesa Playa also uses swimming pool backwash water for irrigation. Gran Sagitario and Petit Sagitario additionally have greywater reuse systems.
Monitoring and efficiency
Gran Sagitario and Petit Sagitario use sub-metering to monitor daily water consumption by area. All five properties feature dual-flush systems in the bathrooms and flow restrictors or regulators on taps and showers.
